Rustic six-berth 1980s caravan, on a small goat farm in beautiful open countryside, adjacent to a bridleway, two miles from the south coast. Over 50 goats, 30 chickens, 5 pigs and 4 cats. Off road parking. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and anyone looking for a limited budget base to explore the Isle of Wight. Bag transfers and farm produce available. The space Clean and tidy restored 1980s caravan. Electric-powered. No gas! Electric Shower (no hot running water to sinks, boil kettle as required). Twin electric hob, microwave and air-fryer. No television. Master Bedroom: 1.9m long double bed. Twin Bedroom: Two 1.85m long single beds. Lounge: The seating area can accommodate 2 people, or be converted into another double bed. Guest access We are listed on Google Map as Kingston Smallholding Goat Farm, 4 Bucks Cottages, Kingston, PO30 3LP. We are on the B3399, about 500m from Bucks Farm - and not within the old converted farm buildings, which are now down a private road. The nearest No 6 Vectis bus stop is about 1k away at Beckfield Cross (on the approach to Chale Green). Wightlink ferry discounts are available. Other things to note No TV, but there is DVD player (with screen) and a selection of DVDs to choose from.s. There are also lots of books and games. Due to the remote location, our internet connection can be unreliable. However, it is hoped that an extension to our the main building (due to be completed during the summer of 2025), will remedy this situation. There is no washing machine in the caravan, but, during extended bookings, if required, the washing machine in the house may be used - on request. During the summer, other guests will occasionally be staying at the opposite side of our farm on our tiny eco campsite - which has a maximum capacity of fifteen pitches - and is serviced by compost loos and a 'shower-in-a-shed'!
