This sweet suite with ensuite bath has a private entry from the wide front porch with relaxing swing! Smoke-free studio has tons of character, deco-fireplace, hardwood floors, 9' ceilings and comfortable queen bed. No separate kitchen (no stove) but kitchenette has a cube fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, utensils. Or order in: Uber, eateries and food delivery srvcs are abundant. Flat-screen TV. New bathroom with shower gleams with marble tile throughout. The space Southern comfort describes this 1910 Craftsman bungalow home, from the wide front porch with string lights for evening relaxing to the warm colors of the suite itself... A comfortable full-sized mattress made up with clean white bedding provides a restful sleep. The newly constructed ensuite bathroom with marble tile has an extra door to the hall, and may be shared by my office clients on rare occasions. Guests have their own parking spot in the rear of the house. Secure self-checkin is available using the keyless coded lock on the front door entry. Guest access This 1910 Craftsman bungalow is home to several dwelling units your own private ensuite room, accessible from the wide Southern front porch; another Airbnb apartment adjacent to your guest suite; the host’s home; and a private practice office on the other side of the porch. For longer-term guests, there is a washer-dryer available on the host's side, which you may use if you arrange a time with the host ahead of time. Other things to note Cleaning fee is $30-40. Stays of 10 days or more will require once-a-week cleaning, including fresh linen change each time. This unit is only meant for 1-2 guests. If you’d like one more guest to stay, please request this ahead; be aware that Airbnb will charge you an extra $10 per night. No other guests are permitted. If you have visitors, please meet with them on the wide porch right outside your front entry, which has a 3-person swing, a rocker and porch chairs. Your small cat or dog under 25 lb. may be permitted to stay as a furry guest for an additional $30 fee total during your stay, if you provide its own bed on the floor. Smoking, Vaping, & Weapons are prohibited in or around the property. (A $250 penalty will be assessed for violations.)
