Absolutely charming and lovely cottage on a private wooded plot of almost 8.000m2. Free view over adjacent nature reserve with rich wildlife. Close to forest and heath and moors. Space, peace and quiet. Spotting wildlife is even possible directly from the living room window (e.g. hare, deer, boar, foxes, buzzards and roe). A couple of 100 meters from the wooden stree which leads over Wisselse Veen (moor) and about 5km from Wellnescomplex "De Veluwse Bron". The space Wooden cottage, perfectly located with free views of Wisselse Veen nature reserve. The cottage is situated on its own woodland plot of about 8.000m2 (about 2 acres) with a large lawn (about 150m2). Perfect view from living room on part of Wisselse Veen. Cosy decorated. Equipped with wood stove, central heating, TV and CD/radioplayer. The cottage is central heated. A maximum number of four people can easily stay at the cottage. There are two bedrooms with a double bed. The plot is quite secluded and located next to "Landgoed Tongeren". The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, gas cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is also a pantry with a washing machine and dryer. Lovely place to have a break and rest from a busy schedule. Important note: bring your own bedlinen and towels! Guest access You will have exclusive acces to the whole cottage. You'll have no acces to the attic and outbuildings (garage, shed etc.). You may acces the whole plot strictly at your own risk (beware of falling timber, especially after a storm or wet snowfall). You are not allowed to saw or damage trees, shrubs etc. Be aware that the area is very regularly frequented by wolfs. Other things to note You may use the wood stove at your own risk. Firewood is available directly next to the front door. To have a decent stock of firewood available at all times and for all guests to enjoy we kindly ask you a contribution of € 5,- for every day you used the wood stove. This covers the costs for sawing, splitting and stacking. Thank you. Be aware that all the other woodpiles are yet too wet to be used in the the season of 2026/2027.
