The space The villa is ideal for spending a week of holidays with family or friends, discovering Bordeaux, its vineyard (St-Emilion, Blaye citadel at 25 minutes) and its beaches (ocean, Arcachon basin, Pilat dune or lakes at one hour). It can accommodate up to 13 people. It offers: 1 living/dining room of 83 m2 with wood stove, 1 large equipped high-end kitchen, with central square, 1 master suite of 26 m2 and private bathroom, 2 bedrooms of 17 m2 with private bathroom, 1 standard bedroom of 13 m2, 1 bedroom of 17 m2 with bunk beds. The 4 double bedrooms are adaptable to king size or 2 single beds. We prepare them before your arrival at your convenience according to your instructions. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a BBQ and a plancha. You will find games for children (and adults !) : table tennis, board games, card games, books .... Since June 2017, 5 bedrooms are available with a living area of 300 m2 as described above. The villa is perfectly adapted for people with reduced mobility. The owners live on site with a dog, so don't hesitate to ask questions if you need them.
