This means you can look forward to your freshly cooked egg from the egg cooker as usual at home and if you want to work, use a spacious work area with LAN connection. A smart home control unit, which regulates the light, the radiators and the music system, ensures the right atmosphere. You can access the apartment via your own entrance, which you can easily open with your mobile phone. There is parking available for your car right in front of the entrance area. Other things to note Regulations for hotels and overnight stays: Overnight stays are only allowed for necessary purposes. Overnight stays for tourist purposes are not allowed. This includes river cruise ships and rentals of vacation homes and campsites. Bus trips for tourist purposes must also be avoided. The personal use of vacation homes, apartments, caravans (also known as "permanent campers") or similar is generally permitted. Overnight stays for necessary purposes include, in particular, urgent professional or compelling family obligations or personal needs. A necessary professional obligation is given if the personal participation on site is necessary for compelling professional reasons and it is not possible to switch to alternative (tele-) communication means or to have a representative participate on site. This includes, in particular, participation in measures for the prevention and control of animal diseases. A compelling family obligation is given if health reasons require personal presence. This includes, in particular, meetings of family members and their permanent life partners in connection with births, necessary care, palliative treatments, death as well as funeral services or burials. (Round) birthdays, weddings and other festive occasions (e.g. anniversaries, school enrollments, celebrations with a religious background) do not constitute family obligations that justify a necessary purpose. Personal requirements include, for example, urgent medical reasons. It is recommended to have a requirement in this regard confirmed by the attending physician by means of a certificate. Businesses and individuals offering overnight accommodation for necessary purposes must seriously consider whether there are indications of misrepresentation.
