The property is walled and have direct access to the sea passing the road. The garden includes a private swimming pool (5 x 10m) with roman steps, a built-in BBQ, billiard and a covered veranda overlooking the pool. From your villa you can enjoy pleasant walks along the un-spoilt long beach (aprx.4km) and have a meal or drink to the sea-front taverns/pubs found along the coast line. This village is located about 6 minutes’ drive from the seaside town Polis Chrysochous and a 50 minutes’ drive from Paphos and Paphos International Airport. Larnaka airport 2 hours drive. The area offers plenty opportunities for water sports, fishing and other outdoor activities. The (future) golf courses in Limni, Latchi marina with its famous fish taverns and Polis Chrysochous sea front town, are just a few minutes driving away from the villa. Car advise.
