Postgalerie, Ludwigsplatz and Europaplatz are all within 400 metres. The apartment is an open-plan loft without doors separating the living and sleeping areas. The space Around 90 m² of open-plan living space is available across two levels and is used exclusively by guests during their stay. The apartment has a loft-style layout: the sleeping areas, dining room, spacious living room, small but fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom are all openly connected. There are no doors separating the sleeping areas, so the accommodation may be less suitable for business travelers or groups looking for a high level of privacy. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator. Due to the high ceilings and completely open-plan layout, there is no air conditioning. During the summer, two fans are provided to keep the air circulating. The bathroom and separate toilet were completely renovated in 2024. The small but well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay. A coffee machine and coffee beans are also provided. The absolute highlight is the spacious rooftop terrace with exceptional views over the city – probably one of the best views across Karlsruhe. Guest access With the booking the penthouse can be used exclusively without any other guests. The apartment is made for 8 people (chairs and kitchen supply) but there are 12 sleeping places. Other things to note The relationship to my neighbours really matters to me so please don't use the terrace after 23:00 or be very quiet.
