'Dog Friendly' Retreat

'SEBASTOPOPL RETREAT' A FABULOUS SELF CATERING BARN CONVERSION FOR TWO PEOPLE SITUATED IN THE QUIET VILLAGE OF MINTING. THE RETREAT HAS A SEMI-PRIVATE SEATING AREA AND CARPARK FOR 2 CARS AND OVERLOOKS THE CHURCH. THE RETREAT HAS SUPERFAST WIFI OF 130MEG TO THE ROUTER. WE ARE SORRY BUT THE CHARGING OF VEHICLES IS NOT PERMITTED. THE PUB NEXT DOOR IS OPEN FRIDAY ,SAT AND SUNDAY ONLY, TRADITIONAL BAR DRINKS AND FOOD IS AVAILABLE. The space The Barn is tastefully renovated , spacious warm and comfortable with the fabulous Elizabethan 4 poster king size bed being an attractive feature. The Barn is ideal for self catering. All in all a fabulous quite country location with a beautiful historic country Pub on your doorstep. This is a dog friendly premises up to two dogs permitted depending on size, subject to prior approval. For longer lets please note the Retreat does not have a washing machine, a laundrette is available about four miles away in Horncastle which also has all the shops you may need. An outside washing line is available for drying. Guest access Separate access and parking spaces. Other things to note Private Parking and access. Dog friendly for 1 or two dogs depending on size. Dogs must be kept on a lead outside and are not permitted in the bed room.
