Dear room seeker, We are renting a lovingly renovated room in downtown Aalen. We can accommodate up to 3 guests. It is located on the first floor of a residential building and consists of a bed/double bed, wardrobe, pull-out table and a pull-out sofa with a small table. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are shared with a roommate. The kitchen is fully equipped (with dishwasher). The room is equipped with a comfortable bed, which can be pulled out to a double bed of 1.60 × 2 m. Right next to it is the new toilet. The other door leads into a beautiful, spacious country-style kitchen, which is equipped with a dining area and all the important utensils for a perfect stay. Behind the kitchen there is a small pantry with an original pantry cabinet from grandma's time and a small fridge with freezer compartment. At the other end of the hallway is the newly renovated bathroom with shower and sink. The apartment is located in a stylishly renovated townhouse in the city of Aalen. Each room has its own charm.
