A beautiful 18th Century brick barn. Spacious and light, open plan kitchen, dining table and comfortable living area with a large open log fire and a 49" TV with Netflix. Set in 150 acres of private unspoilt woodland and pasture, great for walks & picnics. Heating, free wifi and ample parking. On the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. 10 minutes to the M180, 20 minutes to the Humber Bridge and 30 minutes from Lincoln. The space With original beams, luxurious decor and antique furniture The Barn has been tastefully converted to provide comfortable accommodation with it's own entrance and ample parking. We don't offer any other accommodation for rent on the property making it an extra unique experience for you. The building has over 1,500 square feet so space is no problem and the large living area is great for nights in with an open log fire and large TV with Netflix, double sofa bed and underfloor heating, as well as a dining table and an open plan kitchen with a fan oven, microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher and all cooking implements, cuttlery etc.. Upstairs the very large Master bedroom has an oak King size sleigh bed and large wardrobe. There is an option for two single beds to be set up in this room to make it into a room for 4 if you are a group of friends wishing to stay together or have lots of children! The bathroom has a luxurious large bath with hand held shower, sink and loo. The second bedroom has a King size bed which can be turned into two single beds and a wardrobe, next to it is a shower room with a large shower, sink and loo. Outside there is a patio garden area with a relaxing corner bench area, table and chairs and a large charcoal bbq with lovely views across the farm for you to enjoy sunny days and warm evenings. The farm is a safe haven to relax and play, walk dogs off the lead with stunning endless views and secluded woods with seating to while the time away, watch the sun set or just chat with friends - a truly rural retreat and a perfect place to unwind. We have friendly horses and dogs who always appreciate some attention as well as chickens, guinea fowl and cats roaming around. Biking in the area is very popular due to the abundance of quiet back roads and flat going, we can offer secure storage for bicycles if you bring your own. We have accommodation for horses for those of you who would like to bring your own four legged friend. With use of a ménage and show jumps, a full working hunter course set on grass as well as a cross country course spread over 150 acres. If you would like lessons we have a professional riding instructor. To keep our pricing down we have a standard charge for the first 2 guests on the assumption that they are sharing a bed in the master bedroom. If you require two separate bedrooms for 2 guests staying there is an extra charge of £35 to cover the linen and cleaning of that room. Guest access Entire building Other things to note Dogs are welcome and there will be a charge of £20 per dog. Dogs can’t be left alone in The Barn. We do have a spacious kennel which you can use for £10 per dog whilst you are out.
