“Maison de Gardien”

Lovely vacation home with beautiful veranda with a dining area and a nice sofa to relax on and around it a large garden. This cottage is located in the quiet hamlet of Seougue, between the cozy village of Saint Vivien (2 kilometers away) with its weekly market, and the lively harbor of Saint Vivien with nice restaurants and cafes. The Atlantic Ocean is 15 minutes away by car and 33 minutes by bike. At night it is quiet, so you will sleep very well. The space The cottage has 1 large bedroom, adjacent to the veranda, with a double bed. 1 Bedroom on the mezzanine with 2 separate single beds. The bathroom is small but practical and has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen has an electric hob, a combi oven-microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, mixer. The washing machine is in the shed. From the kitchen, 2 large doors give you access to the garden, where there is a picnic table to eat at. Guest access The entire site, about half a hectare, is accessible to guests. Other things to note The large garden is shared with the other house on the property, you can play jeu de boules, badminton, play outside, but also hang in the hammocks between the trees.
