Beautiful home for 1-7 guests cooked breakfast inc

A cooked English Breakfast is included for all guests. The house is in a semi rural location. We are close to both Guildford & Horsham and on the edge of The Surrey Hills. The largest village in England, Cranleigh, is 6 minutes by car and has many restaurants. We have 2 Double Bedrooms and a 3rd Bedroom with 3 Single Beds. Two of these singles can be zipped together to make a 3rd Double Bed. Note this bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Your own bathroom is on the 1st floor All rooms have Sky TV. The space The Main Double Bedroom overlooks the garden and has its own En Suite Bathroom. This Bathroom can also be accessed from a door on the landing (Jack and Jill arrangement) to be shared with your guests in the other Bedrooms. If you are a single person or a couple, you will be given the Main Double Bedroom and exclusive use of its En-Suite Bathroom. We do not book other people once any booking is confirmed, no matter how many people that booking is for. You will never share the Bathroom other than with your own group. There is a TV and Sky subscription in each room on the new Sky Q system. Each room has a double wardrobe with plenty of hangers and there is plenty of drawer space. There is a hair drier in each bedroom and towels are provided. You are welcome to join us in our sitting room downstairs if you wish. The house was only built 6 years ago and is immaculate throughout but with leaded front windows and tile hanging all round, the house has period character. Guest access Guests can access all space but cannot cook in the kitchen. However, you are welcome to heat food up in the microwave and use utensils if you have ready meals. You can relax in the garden or join us for a BBQ as we have many in the warmer months. Private off road parking on the front forecourt. During your stay We can help you locate local attractions and guide you to walks. A cooked English breakfast is included and served in the Dining Room and we are happy to take any breakfast menu requests. Other things to note If you need to get a flight to or from from Gatwick, we can collect or drop you there. Journey time is about 35 minutes and we charge £35 plus any parking fee.
