Suite (GF) (Annenhof, Bad Birnbach)

Suite (OG) The space The suite is located on the first floor of the house and is about 45 square meters. It consists of a separate living room and bedroom and has two balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, small stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hair dryer and magnifying mirror. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The house, designed with a lot of love and taste, offers you plenty of space to relax and feel good. The suites on the 2nd floor (about 40 sqm) offer you separate living and sleeping area with balcony. Our apartments (about 50 sqm) are on the ground floor and have a terrace. Both categories have a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Single and double rooms are mainly located on the 3rd floor, partly with balcony. Our house is located only 600 meters from the Rottal Terme about 1 km from the Bella Vista Golf Park and just a stone's throw from the old town center, right in the middle of the town.
