Dream apartment in a former farmhouse

Your holiday home in the Swabian Alb is located in the former ‘Lerchenhof-Balingen’ farmhouse, which was fully renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually in a quiet location in Erzingen, which is part of Balingen, and has very good access to the B27. The space Parking in front of the house is available. A car is recommended in any case. There is a connection to public transport, but it is limited. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is therefore only allowed on the balconies. - The apartment includes a small kitchen balcony (also access to the garden) and a large roof terrace that is not visible. On the ground floor, in addition to the hallway and wardrobe, there is a fully and comfortably furnished kitchen-living room with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge (incl. freezer compartment) as well as complete kitchen equipment for 6 people including extensive cookware as well as kettle and Jura coffee machine. There is also a dining area for 6 people, two cozy couches, a Swedish stove for cozy autumn and winter evenings as well as the exit to the small kitchen balcony or Stairs to the garden. There is also a guest toilet on the first floor, including sink as well as a washing machine. On the second floor there is a window bathroom with shower or tub, a separate bedroom with double bed as well as another room with double sofa bed (with additional visco pad) and a large roof terrace with stunning views over orchards, church tower of Erzingen and distant view of Hohenzollern Castle. On both floors there is cable TV with a correspondingly large selection of programs. Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as all bed linen and towels are provided to our guests. Pets are not allowed.
