The space Our new modern 3-room apartment with high-quality furnished living space is located in the heart of Lüneburg, in the beautiful Wilschenbruch district. The whole apartment is designed with a pleasant design floor that is modern and cozy at the same time. The large bedroom has a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and a large closet that offers a lot of space. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm and also a spacious closet. The spacious living/dining room has a 49-inch UHD flat-screen TV with satellite reception and a DVD player with a wide selection of DVDs. You can access the Internet via Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The shower room with hairdryer is small but nice, modern and, like the rest of the apartment, completely newly furnished. A small balcony completes the overall picture of the apartment. The washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and are always available. Also in the basement are 4 bicycles (size 26 and 28 inches), which can be used. The beautiful city center of Lüneburg is a 10-minute bike ride away. Lüneburg train station can also be reached by bike in 10 minutes via a beautiful bike path along the Ilmenau. By train, you can reach the city center of Hamburg in 30 minutes, a city that is always worth a trip! We shall gladly supply on request a high chair or a toddler high chair. Also on request we can set up a baby travel bed for you. We are happy to provide bed linen and towels. They will be charged separately, just like the final cleaning. Parking is available right in front of the house. In just 3 km, you can reach the historic water district of Lüneburg (called "Stint") where numerous restaurants and cafes invite you to linger. From here it is only a few steps to downtown Lüneburg, where numerous opportunities for "shopping" and "strolling" invite you. Schröderstraße with its restaurants, bars and trendy restaurants is ideal for an evening end to the day. The vacation apartment is located directly on the nature reserve "Lüneburger Ilmenauniederungen mit Tiergarten" in the district of Lüneburg Wilschenbruch. Wilschenbruch is the smallest district of Lüneburg. Its beginnings date back to 1360. The area is located between the Ilmenau in the west, which runs from here through the city, the nature reserve in the south and the Hamburg - Hanover railway line in the east. The residential development in the Wischenbruch district is predominantly characterized by the shape of a villa. Lüneburg, with its many and multifaceted faces, is one of the most beautiful cities in the Lüneburg Heath, perhaps even in Germany (they forgive...).
