On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, etc., a living area with a fireplace and stove and a newly repaired bathroom with a shower and toilet. Terrace with table and telescopic awning for relaxing breakfasts/lunches/dinners. Upstairs, two bedrooms and another toilet. One bedroom with a large bed for 4 people, the other bedroom with a balcony and a double bed. Garden with wooden gazebo (barbecue and another fridge) fully available for sitting. For children, a trampoline and a sandpit. Stove heating on each floor (wood). Electric hot water boiler. 2 toilets - the second one upstairs next to the bedrooms. ____ Cozy summer cottage in a quiet colony. Ground floor has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc., living room has an area with fireplace, stove and new bathroom with shower stall + toilet. Terrace for relaxing breakfasts also equipped with telescopic sunshade. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and its own toilet. One bedroom offers a large bed for 4 people (+ crib). A balcony and a double bed are located in the second bedroom. The garden is fully available with a grill/fireplace, porch (fridge available). Trampoline and sand for kids. Heating inside the cottage in case of cold days can be done by stoves in each floor and hot water is made by an electric boiler. Guest access The path to the cottage is a cottage settlement up a steep hill. K dispozici je vám celá nemovitost včetně zahrady. Neblokujte příj. cestu prosím ____ Way to the summer house from main road is up to big hill. Garden and whole summer cottage is available for the guests. Parking directly on the property (1 car fits, 2nd possibly too but not comfortable). Please always park your on the property and do not Block the road for neighbours. Other things to note The cottage is older but we love it :) Don't expect luxury, but a pleasant stay. By booking accommodation, you will contribute to self-help repairs and improvements to the cottage. Thanks to you, we have already repaired the terrace, bathroom, kitchen and replaced the windows :) We have also installed air conditioning, its use is for a fee according to real consumption. ____ Do not expect any luxury, the house is older but we still love it:) By booking accommodation, contribute to the overall DIY renovation of the cottage... terrace, bathroom, new kitchen and new windows were fixed thanks to you :) And on top we installed AC, to use it we charge you for real electricity consumption. Do not expect luxury, it is a cozy and nice place.
