A friend once referred to our town as Mayberry. It's definitely a small town where people look out for each other. In the heart of the village, walking distance from local restaurants, brewery's, and shops as well as mountain bike trails. 5 mi from a beach where you can rent canoes/kayaks/paddle boards. Enjoy the slopes, hiking, Ben and Jerry's, local brewery's, or the Vt. landscape. Settle in to the open floor plan at the end of the day and cozy up on a king sized bed watching Netflix's. The space Entire 900 square ft apt above garage. Has all the comforts of home including everything from wine glasses, waffle maker, blender, crockpot, keurig coffee machine. Guest access Feel free to start a fire in the back yard. Other things to note We have an active train track in the back yard and no fencing and live on a busy street in the front so it's not a great spot for young kids. The apt is not child proofed and has chemicals under sinks, etc. In the apt the windows are low, so please don't open windows because a child could fall. We have AC in summer and heat in winter anyway and fans in every room so it shouldn't be necessary. Registration details 45-08-V
