Villa Grande - Minutes to beach Triple Lot Fenced

Villa Grande is a spacious single family home with a split floor plan with each bedroom separated by the living room. There is an attached garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything but fresh food. Thermal carafe and Keurig coffee maker. Everything you might need is provided including some paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, spices and even fresh bottled water in the refrigerator. The triple lot fenced back yard is fully fenced for pets or kids to play safely. The space The house is bright and airy and on a triple lot on a corner property. Two thirds of the yard is privacy fenced. The bedrooms are separated on opposite sides of the house by the living area and each bedroom has its own private bath. In the Florida room there is a comfy Queen sized sofa bed and a folding twin bed is also provided for extra guests. All linens provided for all beds and enough bath and beach towels for 6 people. Available to you are two beach cruiser bicycles with helmets and a bike lock as well as beach chairs, beach umbrella and even some beach toys and floats. There is a writing desk in the Florida room for setting up your iPad or laptop and another place to eat or surf the Internet is at the two seat breakfast bar. Guest access The entire house is yours to use including the extra large fenced back yard. You have use of the garage and a remote opener for the automatic garage door. There is a door in the garage leading to the inside of the house. The laundry area is in the garage and so is a large wash tub so you can drop off all your sandy clothes there before entering the house. The patio in the back yard has a 6 seat patio table with umbrella for shade and use of a propane gas grill. Access to the back yard is through the Florida room as well as a side door from the garage which is inside the fence. Other things to note The driveway is large enough for three cars to park or to park a boat or trailer to one side. There are many beautiful and free beaches within a 5-10 minute drive. Popular Siesta Key Beach is only 20 minutes north up Tamiami Trail. Lots of shopping in well known stores along Tamiami Trail and downtown Venice has many unique boutique shops and sidewalk dining. *We do not charge based on number of guests* The price is the same for 1 guest or 6 guests.
