The Studio

Located in Salisbury, a pretty, private guest house in lovely garden setting. Own entrance at the side of the house. Enjoy a six minute walk into town, shabby chic interior, quiet area with tea, coffee and biscuits. **Please note that check-in is from 5:30pm Monday to Friday not 5:00pm as stated. **Please know that we are a NON-SMOKING space, no smoking inside the studio or out in the garden. Please be aware that there is NO parking at the Studio, but there are parking options nearby. The space Check in is from 5:30pm weekdays as I am home from 4:30pm and need an hour to make the place lovely and sparkly for you from the previous night’s guest. Check in is from 5pm at weekends. We have a lock box for your convenience but if we’re around, we will be delighted to welcome you! You are welcome to come and go as you please. You have your own entrance at the left side of the house and the Studio is at the rear of the garden. Please note that there is *NO* smoking anywhere on the property or in the studio. Also please note, there are NO dogs allowed at the property due to our fluffy cat having ownership of the garden! Guest access Go through the gate at the left side of the house and through the garden to the Studio which is at the back of the garden. Other things to note Please know that there is NO parking on the property and please NO parking in our neighbour’s drive under any circumstances, but there are perfect options nearby! The Salisbury Snooker Club car park, about 30 second drive from the house (SP1 2JJ), is available to park in 24/7 using the Ringo app. There is number plate recognition, 24 hour CCTV and a manual patrol. Some bays are 3 hour stays only, you’ll want to avoid those. The Culver Street Car Park (SP1 2BQ) is about a 4/5 minute walk from the house. It is a secured lot and open 24 hrs. The parking fees are hourly and £8.90 from 8:00am until 3pm Monday to Saturday and on Sundays it is free. **Please note that the ticket machines are coin only or pay by the MiPermit app. Outside the house you can park in parking bays across the road if there are free spaces, from 4:00pm until 10:00am the next day, on Sundays you may leave your car there all day. Also please be aware that there is NO fridge in the property at present, but we’re happy to provide a cooler bag with ice blocks if you’d like. Any other questions, please get in touch.
