Beautiful studio in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Cali, Granada. Close to iconic restaurants, boutiques by renowned local designers, cafes, bars, and nightlife which you can access on foot. The apartment features WiFi, hot water, a 52” 4k Smart TV, A/C, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a desk, a dryer, a washing machine, and a very comfortable bed with luxury sheets. It also has a sofa bed adaptable for up to 2 people if needed. The space We have created this space thinking of generating a wonderful and comfortable experience for our guests. We thought about every detail carefully and we wanted to put our soul and experience as travelers around the world in this space that you will enjoy to the fullest. The place and the neighborhood are the perfect combination to make your stay a memorable one. It is a very spacious studio, you have a comfortable queen bed, a 52" 4K Smart TV, work desk, living room with a sofa bed for additional accommodation, kitchen with all the equipment for a very comfortable stay, washing and dryer machine, microwave etc... It is a very bright place with a beautiful view of the trees in the area that are wonderful. Guest access The Granada and Santa Monica area is very quiet. You can enjoy walks to explore the area full of beautiful places to eat, shop, have a coffee or simply enjoy its Caleño folklore. *Near the building there is a public parking lot where you can leave your car. The best way to get around is by Uber or walking. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Once the reservation is approved, we request that you send us a photo of the official ID or passport of everyone who will be staying in our space via Airbnb message. We have a surveillance camera system in view of everyone entering the building, recording guest activity 24/7 at the building's main entrances, apartment entrances on each floor, and common areas of the BUILDING (such as reception, ground floor living room, and parking). Any abnormality or non-compliance with the rules described above will be reported to local authorities immediately. Please note that there are no security cameras inside the apartments. It's a 5th floor apartment and there's no elevator. We appreciate that when you check out: Throw the trash in the chute down to the basement.
