Hood River is 6 miles by bike on carfree bike route. Like new kitchen with wood floors, stone counter, and modern bathroom. Heated pool with separate spa tub, small gym with a basic setup for a workout. Close to kayaking, windsurfing, mountain and street biking, kite surfing, hiking, and summer and winter activities. (Pool is quite cold after Oct 1, but the spa and gym are still open} This is an 800 ft space with high ceilings, washer and dryer, carport, and upper level views and patio. There are 2 patios, and of course the pool and workout room. I will provide any guidance or recommendations for the area. I can provide assistance if you have any special needs. Mosier is a small orchard town with a couple of places to eat and drink. It sits on the Colombia River and has access to the river for kite boarding, windsurfing, and other sports, There is a bike trail through old route 30. It is car free and goes to Hood River. Also a coffee roaster,a very good Mexican food truck, Moco restaurant, and Mosier Market call this home. Hood River and White Salmon are a few minutes away for other options. Also the Dalles has a variety of markets and restaurants. I almost forgot there are several very good wineries in the area. A couple just up the hill. There are others in Underhill near White Salmon and in the Hood River Valley. Bike to Hood River, Highway 84 is about 6 minutes to Hood River, and The Dalles is on old highway 30 . Route 30 is a treasure and offers dramatic views and and a stretch of roadway that has changed little since it was built. Good for bikes and cars. Many books are available for browsing. I photographed some of the books. Lights in ceiling are cool lights and not floods. There is a nice trail across the street that climbs up along a small canyon , Mosier Falls and a settlers cemetery.
