The house is modernly decorated, with bright colors & large sliding glass sections that open up the living room to the lounge group on the 40 m2 terrace. The balcony is in the best location with sun in the afternoon and evening. Within a few minutes' walk is Albysjön & the nearest sandy beach. The residential area in which the house is located is on a peninsula - very scenic and bordering on nature reserves. So the accommodation is perfect for those looking for a relaxing stay with nature as a neighbor. The space The accommodation is well laid out where the kitchen & living room is the social room facing the large terrace in the south-facing location. The room has a large sliding glass section that opens up the living room & kitchen to the balcony, which means that the boundary between inside and outside is blurred. This feature is especially appreciated when the weather gets warmer, spring-summer & fall. Guest access Parking is included and is on our property either in front of our main house or at our guest house. The villa area is well protected on a headland and is only trafficked by residents in the area. This makes the area very quiet with minimal traffic. Other things to note Buses to Stockholm run every 5-15 minutes depending on the time of day & take about 40 minutes. By car, it takes about 20 minutes to Stockholm city.
