Kid-friendly dream apartment with a view of the Baltic Sea

Our bright, modern, beachy and child-friendly apartment awaits you on the Baltic Sea. We offer you a comfortable place to stay. It is only about 80 m to the beach without a road in between. For bad weather and in the evening, a Wii, DVDs, games, etc. are available. The complex has playgrounds and a soccer field as well as miniature golf. There is also a cozy beach bar and a bistro on the beach. You are welcome to bring up to two dogs, more by arrangement. The space 4 people can comfortably accommodate the 50 sqm non-smoking apartment. The children's room has a bunk bed, in the bedroom you will find a new 160cm box spring bed, in the middle of which a smaller child could also find space between the parents. The outlet in the children's room has a child lock. You can also book bed linens and towels for €22 per person to be paid on site. A high chair for children is available. The modernized small bathroom offers a shower. Toilet paper for the first night is available. The kitchen is open and has a stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A small dishwasher and a microwave are now also available! The cozy corner sofa invites you to social TV or cuddle evenings. In addition to a flat screen TV with DVD player and Wii, you'll also find books, puzzles, and games for rainy days or the evening hours ahead. Wi-Fi is available. On the large south-facing terrace overlooking the Baltic Sea is a large table. Here you can also enjoy the sun in the sun lounger. The complex has beautiful children's playgrounds, including trampoline and playground. The apartment includes a car parking space. Paid washer and dryer are located in the shared laundry room. In front of the apartment is a large quiet meadow, the beach is about 80 meters away without having to cross a street. The dog beach is also just around the corner. The adjacent steep coast invites you for long walks. There are daily costs for the apartment: Final cleaning: one-time €80 already charged via Airbnb City tax: 1.5-30.9. €3.10/day/adult 1.10.-30.4.55€/day/adult to be paid onsite. Dogs: up to 3 nights €10/dog/night, from 4 nights €7/dog/night, to be paid there. Up to 2 dogs are not a problem, with more dogs we ask for brief consultation.
