Lynchpins relaxation on clouds

Very nice house with separate rooms with digital locks to each bedroom. This room is my favorite room in the house right now. I am designing it to have a rustic feel. It has it's own bathroom separated by a barn door. I wish I could be down there all the time in the nice cool basement. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids and a dog who love to meet new people/dogs (not cats due to allergies) read other notes No kitchen access!! The space ZTRHP -MADISON ZONING REGISTRATION 2020****00017 A house within minutes from downtown. Free parking on street and clean house. Private bedroom and bathroom with a shared kitchen if needed. **No access to our upstairs kitchen* There is a fridge and microwave in the room. Guest access Digital lock to enter house and each room has it's own code for privacy. You enter into our upstairs where we live then go downstair to your Airbnb space. During your stay We are usually home, but can always be accessed by phone, email, text. Other things to note There are 6 different breweries within a few minutes of the house. We keep the house at 69 degrees ferihiet. This is our home and we try to stay as quiet as possible, but with 2 kids they can have a different idea. So if your significant other wants kids.... let our kids show the "joy" of parenthood lol. Dogs are an additional $10 charge per dog per day. You must notify us prior to check in so rate can be adjusted to reflect the dogs stay on the price. NOOOOO CATS!!!!! Quiet time is roughly 10pm to 8am . so please be considerate of other guests / my family and do not slam the doors/(GATE at top of stairs). if you are excessively loud a fee of $25 may be charged . if the trundle bed ( bed under primary bed) is used with only 2 people there will be an additional charge of $10. so if you would like to sleep separately from the other member of your party let us know. Things I thought were common sense:.... house rules! Absolutely NO OUTSIDE BEDDING!!!!! If I see you come in with blankets, Foam pads, and such I will turn you around. I do not want Bedbugs in my Home! DO NOT WASH YOUR Animal in Our AIRBNB!!!! Go to a car wash or actually pay a groomer or even better yet ruin your own plumbing!... Just in case you missed it do not wash your animal in our bathrooms! Do not move our furniture !! **only one bed is available if only have 2 guest unless requested If it made the list ....yes someone has made us realize these things were not common sense...............
