Charming renovated townhouse

A family event, a professional appointment or simply the desire to discover the many assets of our region, we offer you this renovated townhouse, small but cozy. Located in the town center, close to the church (and therefore its bells) and to shops, there are plenty of free parking spaces. The space Upon entering, you go down a few steps to access the kitchen and the shower room. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a combination microwave/oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, and all the necessary tableware. On the 1st floor, there is a living room with a sofa, dining table, and TV (Molotov), as well as a bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190). There is also an additional toilet on this level. The 2nd floor offers 2 options: a small open-plan bedroom under a sloping ceiling with a 90 x 190 cm single bed (more suitable for a child given the sloping ceiling) or a workspace (desk, chair, shelf) that we can set up on request. There is also a second room on this level that provides storage space. There is no washing machine, but you will find a launderette nearby. Guest access We try to be there to welcome guests; however, a lockbox allows us to accommodate everyone's needs. Other things to note The single bed is in the attic, so it is more suitable for a child. However, the accommodation is not yet safe for toddlers (stairs) but it is suitable for older children or infants; equipment can be made available on request (baby bed, bouncer, high chair and bathtub).
