Private SW Portland Guest Suite

Welcome to our private guest suite located in desirable Southwest Portland neighborhood. Close to Garden Home and Multnomah Village and a short 20 minute drive to downtown Portland. Redtail Golf Course is within 5 minutes. With easy freeway access and public transportation right down the street, our convenient location is perfect for business travelers and families alike. Also a short distance to Washington Square Mall. The space With more than 400 square feet, our guests will enjoy the private feel of this one bedroom, one bathroom guest suite. Guests are welcome to enjoy our large shared yard. Guests will also appreciate our private guest entrance located through a gate to the left of our driveway. Once through the gate, continue down the path to the private guest suite entrance. Parking is available anywhere on our street, but we reserve a parking spot in our driveway (parking is on the left). Guest access Guests will have full private access to the guest suite along with our large backyard and patio. We share our yard with guests, so you may see me out in the yard with my dog Gertie. Other things to note Our guest suite is very open and has plenty of space for guests. Please note that our house sits up from the street. Our driveway is a bit of a hill. Parking is available anywhere on the street, but we reserve a parking spot for our guests in our driveway. Turning around to leave can be a bit tricky, but is fairly simple and manageable. We have central AC and offer fans and space heaters to help our guests stay comfortable. A small kitchenette space that includes a microwave, small fridge, toaster and coffee maker is available for our guests convenience.
