Päikesekalda

Päikesekalda, since 1943, is completely renovated at 2017-2019. It is perfectly located, just 40km (40 min by car) from centre of Tallinn, at Soodla village. We are offering to you cosy house with boatsauna and private surrounding with Soodla river to enjoy a perfect vacation. The Space: Groundfloor: living room /w kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, bathroom with shower/wc and hall. First floor (entrance from outside terrace): living room(also common bedroom), 1 separate bedroom and kitchen area. The space Private surroundings (no visible neighbours), in the middle of forest. Soodla river, (just 10m from house) has very clean water and is suitable for swimming, especially after using sauna. Regular water depth is around 1 m. Bed sizes: two single beds 90x200cm, one double and two sofa beds 160x200cm, two floor matresses 100x200cm. Kitchen is fully equipped and provided with dishes for 18 people. At summer time is possible to rent 5x10m pavillion for outside events. Guest access The whole house and garden is for guests use. Charcoal grill is also available at garden(at summertimes). Single use of boatsauna( up to 3h) is included the room price. Other things to note You can use 2 refrigerators and cold cellar for storing products. Using boatsauna longer than 3hours and more than 1 time is for extra fee. Boatsauna pricelist: 55 eur/ up to 3hours, 65 eur/4 hours, 75 eur/5 hours, 85 eur/6 hours.
