The space In the farmhouse on the alpaca farm in Rubkow, between Anklam and Wolgast, you will find an almost ground-level 85 m² apartment with 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. This has been newly expanded, comfortably furnished and is located on one floor. Through a separate entrance, a small hallway leads to a modern kitchen with a large dining table for up to 8 people. From there, a cozy living area with comfortable upholstered furniture (possible extra bed for 2 people) and satellite TV welcomes you. There are two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and another single bed. A spacious modern bathroom with floor-level large shower, vanity unit and toilet completes comfort. From the fully equipped kitchen, you can go to your own garden with a view of the alpacas. In the garden there is a sun-protected seating area and a charcoal grill. Surrounded by more than 35 alpacas with many small and large foals, relax in the idyll of the alpaca ranch just a few minutes' drive from the Baltic Sea and the island of Usedom.
