Whether it be winter, spring, summer or fall, South County has it all. Come and relax at this cozy home equipped with central air, ceiling fans, WiFi, and a private room. Inviting open floor plan layout with cathedral ceilings and gleaming hardwood floors. People love the incredible natural light throughout this home! There is an upper level deck that overlooks the backyard with a bird's eye view! Enjoy your mornings/evenings in the newly renovated eat-in kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances...you will feel right at home! You will have a Keurig coffee maker, a French Press, a toaster and small microwave (this will be stored in the cupboard, if needed). All basic cookware, utensils and dishes/glasses will be supplied to get you started during your stay. You will have access to the entire home, except for the upstairs office and downstairs master room, both of which will be vacant and locked. Guest access You will have access to the upper level portion of the house, as well as the lower level family room. You will have a full bedroom with a queen size bed and closet space. All linens and towels will be provided. You will have a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. You will not have access to the upstairs office and the downstairs master room. These doors/entryways will be vacant and locked. You are not allowed to access these rooms. Other things to note Please note that the Cozy Getaway #2 - Narragansett is only accepting guests with positive reviews from other hosts. No additional guests are allowed without prior consent/approval. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house! Friendly reminder to please remove your shoes before heading upstairs.
