Welcome to your ocean view vacation spot. This ocean front studio has all you need for a true vacation. Directly across the street from North Beach. During high tide, head over to Hampton Beach, which is only about a mile away. Condo has a kitchenette, queen bed, and full-size pull-out sofa. Bring your flip flops, sunscreen and get ready to enjoy the sun and sand. Please note that there are cameras in the parking lot, lobby, and hallways leading to the condo. No cable, a smart TV with apps. The space A fully renovated studio has all you need for a relaxing vacation. Directly across from North Beach(which is a tidal beach). So when the tide is high, Hampton Beach is only a mile down the road to a sandy beach. where there are arcades, restaurants , live music, weekly fireworks, and nightlife. Parking on site for 1 car, and no animals permitted at any time. Unit is a cozy studio with a queen bed and a pull out couch with a balcony overlooking the ocean. There is a kitchenette with a toaster, microwave, a kettle, and fridge. We supply towels, hairdryers, soap, and shampoo. We do not supply beach towels. Please do not bring our white towels out to the beach. Smart TV, no cable TV, but there are apps and you can always access your own as well. Please be sure to exit from your apps before you leave. Guest access Guests have access to a covered parking spot, a trolley to bring up their luggage, and a communal, fee based, washer and dryer. There is also a hose just outside the entrance to wash sand off your feet. Other things to note We would like to ask that you please wash off your feet, prior to entering the building, the hose is to the left of the entrance. Please take note that this is a tidal beach, so at times you may need to head over to Hampton Beach, about a mile away to lay on the beach. Thank you very much.
