There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor with stairs to the second floor and the large gallery bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Main features of this comfortable townhouse are the spacious accommodation with two outside living areas, the air conditioning, and its location so close to the sea and the many amenities on and around the Arenal sandy beach area. There are several supermarkets nearby, and the historic old town of Javea is about 3 kms away. The Costa Blanca has many excellent golf courses - the nearest being just 10 minutes drive away. **Important Information** 1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property).
