Room in a one-story villa on a quiet residential street in a small, cozy and well-functioning village. There is a grocery store, pizzeria, inn and small bakery. Bright and lovely house with 3 rooms. The rooms are rented individually. It is also possible to rent together by appointment. If the other rooms are rented, you will experience others using the toilet and bathroom as well as other common areas. The space I have three rooms in my home that can be rented. Two rooms have 120x200 bed and third room has double bed. In all rooms it is possible with one to two mattresses on the floor. My home is neat and tidy. My daughter and I will also be in the home in the rooms that are not rented out. Therefore, amenities are shared with us. Guest access Living room, bathroom and kitchen can be used freely, shared with owner and possibly other tenants. Garden and terraces can be used and barbecue can be borrowed by appointment. Washing machine can be used by appointment. During your stay I will be available by phone or email. Other things to note No animals in the listing.
