Guesthouse La Bria with fantastic views!

Peace, space, nature at our La Bria Hoeve in the Drentse Linde (near Dedemsvaart, Zuidwolde, Slagharen). Our guesthouse is adjacent to the private horse stables and is a complete, comfortable cottage. The guesthouse has a hall, living room with kitchen (induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher, WiFi). There is a side room with desk and sofa bed. Upstairs is the master bedroom with large wardrobe. The veranda gives access to a fantastic panoramic view! Only adults! Sleeps 3 comfortably. The space Do you like the countryside, tranquility and animals? Then you've come to the right place. We train and breed horses on a small scale. The guesthouse has beautiful views over the horse dressage ring and the fields/meadows. You can see all kinds of birds and sometimes a herd of deer. From Linde, you can make excursions to the Dwingeloo nature reserve, the forests in Echten, walk along the Rees, cycle through the Drenthe landscape, and visit the gardens of Mien Ruys. Within 10-15 minutes (by car) you can find several good restaurants. Supermarkets can be found in Slagharen, Dedemsvaart and Zuidwolde. Within 5 minutes, you can get fresh milk from the farmer and tap your eggs from a vending machine. For a third person, you pay 15 euros per night extra. There is bedding, towels, soap, coffee, tea, basic necessities (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) for cooking. Guest access Guests have the entire house at their disposal, and there is also a private parking space on a closed property. There is a dining table with chairs outside on the veranda, where smoking is allowed. There is a coffee machine for free coffee during the stay! Other things to note Our premises are monitored by cameras, at the entrance gate and at the stable at the front these surveillance cameras are hanging.
