Room+Bathroom+Breakfast in Arvika

Room in a terrace house with 2 single beds, near lake Kyrkviken. A balcony of your own, and a guest bathroom just outside the room. 2,5 km to Arvika town centre, trails in the forest, a park with picturesque cottages + Arvika`s beautiful beach nearby. The space A terrace house (townhouse) in a residential area 2.5 km walking/biking distance - along the lake - to the center of the city. The road 3 km. A short distance away is county road 175. On that road you can catch a bus that runs into town. 300 m to lake Kyrkviken and a small harbour. A canoe center nearby. Arvika has a beautiful public beach, Ingestrand, which is 2 km away (on walking and bike path – buses go as well). There’s an illuminated trail, minigolf + a canoe rental center. There are nature walks in a nearby forest. About 15 minute walk away is Sågudden park with a quaint cafe', museum and old cottages, another 10 minute walk will take you to the town centre of Arvika. One small food shop are nearby + a pizzeria. All bedrooms are on the top floor and I’ll also be living in the house. One of the beds is a guest bed with a foam mattress. In the bedroom there is also a kettle, and coffee/tea. Outside the bedroom there is a small refrigerator with your breakfast (yogurt + bread), which you serve yourself in your room. The microwave in the kitchen can be used for heating food. You are welcome to sit in the kitchen to eat your lunch. You will have your own bathroom just outside the room. Sheets and towels are included. The balcony faces the back garden and the southwest. Lake views, a little :). 2 chairs and a small table on the balcony. Parking space is available. Available on site upon arrival and departure. Unless agreed otherwise. Guest access Room, bathroom, balcony for own use. Microwave, can be used in the kitchen downstairs. Other things to note -Not much alcohol in the room please. -Please take off the shoes by the main entrance. -Because I am sensitive to perfumes or anything with scents, please don’t use that. -smoking forbidden
