The “Alte Brennerei” guest house is located in the center of Tauchritz on Lake Berzdorf. In the house, wooden beams, plank floors and clay plaster ensure a good indoor climate and feel-good atmosphere. The 4 guest rooms are upstairs. The kitchen-living room is the heart of the floor - here you can meet for cooking, talking or playing. The house is adjacent to the property of the Kretscham, so the outdoor area is a green island. Guests come to us because they are looking for peace, relaxation and variety. The space In the apartment there are four guest rooms of different sizes, a large eat-in kitchen and a living room with 2 sofas. The heart of the floor is the eat-in kitchen with a large table for 8. There, you will find the kitchenette with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge. In the cool season, the oven provides cozy comfort. You can reach the outdoor seating of the apartment via an external staircase in the living room. Many guests are already having breakfast outside in the spring. The green outdoor area is very spacious with us. There are seats for every sun position on the premises. The campfire and barbecue area, the lawn with cherry and apple trees, and the ping-pong table in the hall are also used by other guests. We offer you the option to charge your electric car. A Wallbox with 11 kW AC charging capacity and a Type 2 connector is available. We are still renovating - but the apartment is fully functional. Guest access The apartment belongs to the upper floor of the house with 4 bedrooms, the kitchen-living room and a passage room with sofas. There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is an outdoor seating area that is only used by the guests of the apartment. All other amenities - barbecue and campfire place, table tennis table in the hall, seating in the garden can be used by arrangement. The sauna is subject to a charge. Other things to note Most of our guests go out to eat or cook/fry something for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We have a stove with four burners and an oven, as well as pots and a pan, but little space for chopping in the kitchenette. The preparatory work can be done do well on the large dining table. This is the note for those who want to cook a lot. The property has a private sauna. It can also be booked by the guests of our other house (Kretscham Tauchritz). The use of the sauna is subject to a charge.
