Open floor plan with bright social areas and a panoramic feel from the upper floor. Several bedrooms with comfortable beds, fully-equipped kitchen and large areas for social dinners. The terrace around the house allows you to always find the sun, a natural gathering place throughout the day. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the whole house, the terrace, the barbecue and the heated Jacuzzi (40°). SUP boards are available to borrow for quiet trips on the water. Trails and swimming areas are accessible directly from the area. Parking is next to the house. Other things to note Towels are included in the rental and washing of these is taken care of by us. Cleaning is not included in the base price. You can either clean yourselves before check-out or book final cleaning for SEK 1,500. Bed linens can be rented for SEK 150 per person, then laundry is included. During dry periods in the summer, the water supply may be somewhat limited, which means that you need to be a little sparse with consumption. Normal showers work without a problem, but we ask guests to avoid long showers and unnecessary water use. The water is serviceable but can be easily discolored and have a natural taste from your own well. We therefore recommend to bring drinking water for consumption. The property is in a quiet and family friendly area so we appreciate consideration for neighbors.
