Charming stone of the eighteenth and nineteenth, detached house in the quiet and greenery, very well equipped and tastefully decorated with antique furniture and works of art with large courtyard (44m²) furnished and spacious garden to live out. Inside, an open kitchen to the living room, complete with washing machine and dishwasher, microwave multifunction, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, etc. etc. The ground floor has a separate room that opens to the outside with its own bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs is another bedroom with a double bed has its own bathroom with toilet, it is also air conditioned. In the mezzanine that overlooks the living room, there is a bed for two people and a cot. Our experience allows us to recommend this rental to two to four adults with children. The private pool (5m x 11m) with telescopic opening allows to enjoy whatever the weather - you are the only tenants and you will share the pool with the owners -. Peaceful, seperate entrance with parking, there is much at home. Ideally located on the border of two tourism regions: either Bordeaux, Bordeaux UNESCO heritage of mankind, Saint Emilion, its wines, its monuments, the Atlantic coast ... or Périgord, Sarlat, Bergerac, the caves of Lascaux ... gastronomy, markets, villages, houses and high places ... AND the nearest walkable Gallo Roman site of Montcaret, villa with magnificent mosaics, the garden of Sardy, the castle of Montaigne tower library ... Hiking trails nearby. For those who already know the place, we are happy to let you know that the little house is now heated. For any calendar date, please contact us. For cold or cool months will be asked to supplement a fixed heating. Note that the pool is not heated.
