The space Our 2 bedroom comfortable and well appointed 2 story masonette is decorated to feel like it's your own when you stay. Located in the north side of Fermoy in Co. Cork which is on the banks of the Blackwater river famous for salmon fishing . Conveniently located on the Cork/Dublin road close to the motorway exits, our place is great as a base for traveling the south of Ireland and used as a respite before heading north. The house is close to town centre, markets, pitch & putt club, shops, pubs, restaurants, park with outdoor workout equipment, Pool, leisure center, and riverside walks. Our goal is for your stay to feel as though it is your home while you are our guests. It is decorated and set up with minimum personal belongings to allow you to have this experience. The kitchen has a dishwasher & is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, microwave, foreman grill, mixer, kettle, knives etc. The living room has a fireplace, comfortable seating options, open views and a dining area. The 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs. New Farho heaters throughout, and a fire place in living room (Fuel not provided). Flooring is laminated wood, bathroom floor is tiled, and carpeting on the stairs. Washing machine & clothes dryer are included along with your own drying lines to have your clothes dry in the fresh Irish air. Free off street parking is available. ***We allow for one domestic pet. We charge a €20 per night fee. Please let us know ahead of time if you're going to be bringing a pet. Please note that our property is not fenced. Guest access You have complete use of the house and outside space. Other things to note Walking distance in the town, pubs, restaurants, leisure center, park, public pool, river blackwater walks. Our place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families with kids. Fermoy tourist board has many tourist attractions to help you enjoy you stay is located at Ashe Quay by the river.
