For those looking for something special... A colorful and wonderfully bright holiday home in the heart of Friesland, that is Ievers. The cozy church, converted into a vacation home, offers plenty of space and plenty of luxury. The house is completely adapted to this time. A group accommodation with plenty of atmosphere for families, friends and colleagues. The accommodation is easily accessible for people with a wheelchair or walker. The space You will be staying in a beautifully renovated church in a picturesque village in the heart of Friesland. From the living room and the raised outdoor terrace, you can look out over the green meadows. When it is summer, you will find a place in the large garden on one of the terraces. Are you looking for the sun or the shade under a fruit tree? It's up to you. Inside, you will stay in a cozy, but also large space under the old blue vault. A centuries-old oak pulpit hangs next to the modern dining table that can accommodate a large company. Opposite the pulpit, a beautiful organ dominates the space. In which vacation home do you find that? You enter the vacation home through the church tower with a five hundred year old bell. Don't be alarmed, the sound of the clock is not loud and soon familiar. The church has four bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. We will make up the excellent beds according to your preference, as a double bed or as twin beds. Guest access Guests who rent the entire property have access to both the entire church and the spacious garden. Other things to note Rental periods In principle, we always rent our church for - weekends (vr-ma), - mid-weeks (Mon-Fri), - weeks (Mon-Ma or Fri-Fri) - or longer consecutive periods. In low season (spring and autumn) we can make an exception on the fixed changeover days. We choose changeover days on Mondays and Fridays because you rent the whole church from us and it asks us to make the church spin and span for new guests again. Call or email us whenever you'd like to book. We're happy to help! You can check in from 16.00. Check out no later than 10:00. If no other guests visit our church before or after your arrival, we can deviate from the mentioned times in consultation with you. The deposit is €200. If no damage has occurred, you will receive this back within 3 weeks of departure.
