North Park Guest House

Our remodeled, modern guest house is located in a landscaped oasis in the heart of North Park. The private patio with guest studio has easy access to downtown, the San Diego Convention Center, Balboa Park, The San Diego Zoo, Hillcrest, and North Park's vibrant dining and craft beer scene. The space Our detached guest house is located in the heart of North Park and includes a new queen size bed with down comforter and 100% cotton linens and bath accessories. The guest house has a private entrance with air conditioning/heating and wireless internet access. There's a 49" flat screen, LG Smart TV with all local channels and and all streaming services. The guest house includes a small seating area and lots of natural sunlight via solar lighting tubes and windows. There is also an iOS alarm clock, Keurig coffee maker, mini-refrigerator and hair dryer. If you will have a car, there's plenty of on street parking right by the gate into the guest house patio. If you don't have a car, we're in the heart of North Park and catching an Uber or Lyft is super quick. It's the perfect spot for an escape and some relaxation for one or two people. Guest access Guests will have access to our outdoor living room where they can relax to the soothing sounds of a water fountain and enjoy the warmth of our gas fire pit in the evening. To use the fire pit, just ask for the key and a demo of how to use it. Guests can easily walk to the world famous San Diego Zoo and all that Balboa Park has to offer. Visit the San Diego Natural History Museum, the San Diego Air & Space Museum, The Old Globe Theater, San Diego Art Museum and the San Diego Botanical Garden. We are just a couple of blocks from the dining and nightlife that has made North Park one of the most talked about neighborhoods in America. Planning on a visit to the beach? Just ask for beach towels and chairs. All you need to bring is the swim suit and sunscreen! Other things to note Please note that the solar tube skylights do not have covers on them so the guest house does brighten up as the sun rises.
