The space This garden-level one-bedroom apartment is located on the quiet side of the property. The main entrance and security gate is located on the upper level of the property. The living room and bedroom windows face the large garden. The bathroom and kitchen windows face the sidewall of the property. We have a total of eleven listings available on this property: 7 x one bedrooms/one bathroom apartments, 2 x two bedroom one bathroom apartments, 1 x 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, as well as our own three bedrooms 3.5 bathroom home that we rent when we are not in Ghana. This apartment has high ceilings and large windows providing a bright, airy and cheerful environment. You are steps away from the garden and gym, the pool is located one level up. Guest access You will have access to your own one-bedroom one-bathroom enclosed bungalow and shared access to the pool, gym, patio, and garden. Other things to note Street parking is available for free. It is well lit and located directly across from our main security post. The property is across the street from a school and so you can hear children playing during the school day. This apartment is down a set of stairs from the main property entrance.
