Home in Dillon Beach

Our home is quiet, relaxing and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is one bedroom (loft style) with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. The couch is a foldout. Bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with a well-stocked spice cabinet, dining room & large deck with Weber BBQ. There's a smart tv & sound bar, unlimited WiFi, a DVD player, board games & beach toys which you're welcome to use. Or you can just relax in the hammock & watch the clouds go by. No ocean view. The space Original, arty decor creates a feast for the eyes. Hardwood floors, folk art and a cool vibe will make you feel cheerful and relaxed as you unwind after a long day of surfing, playing or just hanging out on the beach. Dillon Beach is a beautiful, dog friendly beach. It is also a short drive to Pt. Reyes National Sea Shore, Bodega Bay and the wine country. The living area is open and spacious with separate dining and sunken living room. The master bedroom is loft style (an open wall/balcony to the seating area) and has a California king mattress. The guest bedroom has a queen mattress and the living room couch folds out into a double bed. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. There is a large enclosed deck, sheltered from the wind, with outdoor chairs and a cozy hammock. Off street parking for two cars and pet friendly. Smart TV, Bose sound bar and a wide, family friendly assortment of DVDs. NO cable or satellite service. BBQ. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, kids beach toys, games, books and an extensive collection of DVDs. Other things to note No parties. If you want to drive to the beach, please note that there is a $10 parking fee.
