LUXE LOFT

Unfortunately, our apartments are temporarily closed until spring/summer 2026 for a major renovation. They will be modernized, even more luxurious, wheelchair-friendly where possible and as energy-neutral as possible, with improved insulation, sustainable heating systems and modern facilities for lower energy consumption. Stay tuned for our reopening! We are looking for guests who want to stay at a discounted rate to fine-tune the final details. The space The luxury loft is a 100m2 ground floor space. You have a large living room, with a lovely sofa and kitchen island overlooking the garden. In the spring of 2024, we built a new beautiful bathroom, hall and separate toilet. The photos of the old bathroom and hall (also very new 2019) are currently still online. We promise you the same luxury, but with more attention to details. The apartment is very suitable for a couple, families with (young) children, the disabled or business people. You have access to the entire house with its own entrance and garden. Bikes? We certainly have bicycles, and they are free! Also there is a charging point for e-bikes. For children under 3 years, we charge a fee of €20 per night, per child (this includes crib, high chair, bath seat, changing mat and toys) With love, Daan and Sarah Schoolland Estate Guest access Guests have the availability of the entire house/luxury loft of 100m2 (you do not have to share anything!) with a private entrance and can park for free on private property. Check-in is possible between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., on request, check-in can be done later for a fee of €20 per hour, up to 10 p.m. Other things to note Garrelsweer is a charming village located in rural Groningen. The village is known for its beautiful natural surroundings and rural atmosphere. The bustling center of Groningen is 20 to 25 minutes by car, and a bus goes directly to the center of Groningen within walking distance. Garrelsweer is an ideal place for nature lovers and people looking for a relaxed lifestyle. The area offers opportunities for hiking, biking and enjoying the rural beauty. Although it may not have the hustle and bustle of a vibrant city center, Garrelsweer certainly has its own unique appeal.
