The last unit in the Joe-Ann Apartment building. Spacious and inviting, this unit welcomes short and long-term guests. This 2nd floor, completely self-contained apartment has many amenities, all to make your stay enjoyable! You'll have the entire apartment for your use. The space LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF …. I am a wonderful unit in a stately 120+ year old building. I have modern amenities and older features too. One of the most important factors is my location being approximately 3 blocks from museums and the famous Edmund Pettus Bridge. The private off street parking and proximity to sites gives guests the best of alternatives. The rooms are spacious and floors are carpeted and hardwood. The kitchen has all appliances and I even have a washer and dryer just for your convenience. These appliances are not coin-operated but are regular and full size. Like all the other units in the building there is a screened porch on the front of the building. It’s definitely hard to keep clean because of pollen and dust from the air but still inviting. The front entrance has stairs that have an easy rise while the back entrance has a spiral staircase. The trick for convenience is to unload everything to the front and head up the stairs. You can then have one person move the car to the off street private parking area and it’s not necessary to haul stuff by way of the spiral stairs. When you look out the bedroom windows at the back of the building you can see the private off street parking area and how to access it. This is the recommended parking area for the building. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE IN THE BUILDING OR ON THE OUTSIDE PROPERTY AT ALL. If you want or need more information before reserving, please message me and I’ll try to answer. I want happy guests for a great place. Guest access Guests of Joe-Ann 2W will find the kitchen user friendly with a full size stove and refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffeemaker. The unit is set up for all the comforts of home away from home for guests. While cooking for the guest in the unit is allowed, cooking for a party is prohibited. There's also a washer and dryer (not coin operated) within the apartment for use strictly by them. A private front porch gives space for relaxing and unwinding at the end of the day...or whenever you choose. Other things to note We do allow pets but there are certain restrictions as to breeds and house rules regarding pets. Please make sure to mention in your request to reserve the unit that you have a pet and what breed it is. Must discuss pets before booking please.
