Location, location, location! This home is within walking distance to light rail, restaurants, retail and the new Allianz Soccer Stadium! Beautiful old craftsman home with many original features, decorated in an eclectic mix of farmhouse decor with urban influences. The home and room are comfortably furnished with a full kitchen for cooking. This is a smoke free, pet free, party free unit. The space Built in 1912, this vintage craftsman home has had numerous updates while leaving much of the historic charm intact. The kitchen has been updated with a copper farmhouse-style sink, as well as new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Furnishings and decor in the home have come primarily from local vendors who specialize in recycling/re-purposing antique furniture, and other unique items. Each comfortable, tastefully decorated room in this home features a smart TV for additional convenience. The bathroom in this unit is on the smaller side, but perfectly sufficient for showering and getting ready. If you are a makeup artist and need a large bathroom space to work with, this might not be the right fit for you. The room has a large mirror for getting ready as well. During your stay I do not live onsite but am frequently in the area managing this or other properties. I also have a local contractor available for all maintenance issues or requests. Other things to note There is laundry on-site that is coin operated.
