There is a fence as separation. there is one step to get into the yard and another to get into the cottage. the bedrooms are upstairs there are 2 landscaped and flowery courtyards with garden furniture ,armchairs, barbecue, barbecue classes are closed the 2nd courtyard is next to another small cottage . a plus! if you wish to spend a few days with friends or family while having your independence ... we have a second cottage next door....( 30 meters) La Roseraie cottage. we are a few minutes from the city of Guingamp its beautiful half-timbered houses, restaurants (local food) breton creperie and cider we are very close to the four lanes (quick access to get to the Breton beaches) 45 minutes from Finistère and Morbihan and 30 minutes from central Brittany Other things to note 3 km access to the four lanes all direction bay of ST Brieuc , the coast of Granit Rose ..... heating period ( 1/10 to 30/5) unless blowing in the bathroom The beds are made on your arrival we only accept small and medium pets!! and one per stay.
