Private wood panelled cottage nestled in the vegetation. Aircon and Wi-Fi. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a remote working escape. The studio-style living space contains a double bed and a couch which can be converted to a bed for little ones. There is a table and chairs in the kitchenette area. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and washbasin. The patio and braai area which overlooks the private garden has loungers, a dining table and an outside shower for the hot days. Pet-friendly. The space Riverside Cottage is situated on Alpha Excelsior Guest Farm - a working wine, olive and olive oil farm in the Agter-Pakhuis Valley - also known as Rocklands; site of world-famous bouldering. Other things to note Only MTN signal available in the Valley - but we do have free Wifi. Closest supermarket is in Clanwilliam - 27kms away. Our on-site coffee shop The Hen House is open over weekends in Summer and 6 days a week from May - September. In summer the mosquitoes come out to play - don't forget to pack your mozzie repellant! Please note that there is no oven in the cottage.
