Studio full downtown GERARDMER very close to the lake

Located 2/3 km from the ski slopes and 3 min walk from the free shuttle to the ski slopes during school holidays; 5 min walk from the lake. Ideal for a couple and possibly a child up to 2 years old at an additional cost. (travel cot brought) . Bedroom and living room are one room Early October to late March, flat rate of € 20 for heating For a weekend of 2/3 or 4 days, I provide bathroom linen and sheets (free) Household chores? I request a check for 30 € on arrival. This check is returned the day of the trip if the studio is left clean.
