The Seafarer's Aqua Oasis is a nautical-themed bedroom in the Premium Bohemian Imagintorium, which is my personal art project to transport the warm, fuzzy feeling of hominess to you while you're visiting Austin! Your new home is on the eastside located 3 miles from UT campus and 4 miles from downtown. It has a fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous common areas, a cocktail patio bar area , free street parking, musical instruments, a foosball table, and lots of board games provided. You will be given your own bedroom key so that you can store and lock away your belongings in your room. You will also be given an keyless number pad key code on the day before your arrival date. The access code to the number pad is frequently changed for security purposes. On the Airbnb listing there are pictures that show a room with multiple bunk beds in a wooden sun-room lodge. That room is called the Wanderlust Lodge, and it's an lounge area where all house guests can hangout from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. -- This area is also a hostel-like shared space designed to host vagabond backpackers. You may utilize this lounge as the common area during social hours. It couples as an extra living room where you may play keyboard piano and practice guitar. The bunk beds in the Wanderlust Lodge are be booked separately on another listing. If you decide to book this private bedroom ༄ Seafarer's Aqua Oasis ☴ Downtown Eastside ⬻, yyou are agreeing to share the other common areas such as the living room, bathroom, kitchen, dining rooms, lounge area, backyard, and the patio with the me (the host) and the other guests. There will be most likely be other guests at the house, since it is a 5 bedroom house. If you are looking for the perks of complete privacy by booking the entire house, this listing may not be what you're looking for. However, if you are looking to for a short term place to stay with the perks of meeting new friends, travel companions, have a chat over coffee and get to know or learn from one another -- then you are at the right place! After all, this bed and breakfast is inspired by the intrepid spirit of a backpacker hostel, but you have the privacy your own room and having the access to a local guide! During your stay Your host (me, Lucy) is honored to have this opportunity to host you while you are visiting Austin! My permanent residence is down the street, but I do I come to the house couple times a week to help out with cleaning, prep the rooms for new guests, toss out the trash, and work on my computer. If you need anything, I'm just one text away. I do have my own designated room in the house that I sometimes rent out. This listing is labeled as a "Private Room," which means that you get to have the privacy of your own bedroom with your room key access to keep your belongings safe.
