Beautiful village house in Petite Camargue, with swimming pool and patio. 20 minutes from the sea, close to Aigues-Mortes without the crowds, in a charming village, quiet, halfway between Nîmes and Montpellier (30 minutes), with everything on site. House of 200 m2 including an apartment for 4 very independent. Easy and free street parking. Votive festival in the village in late July and early August. This house is very comfortable, to live with friends and family. Several very practical and soothing living spaces. The space The house is built around a patio with a typical swimming pool. Lunch, dinner inside-outside… the house is particularly pleasant to stay in. Air conditioning and fans, home cinema, large TV screen, American fridge, Nespresso and percolator, two bathtubs, three showers, double kitchen, bikes on demand, real outdoor plancha, sunbathing. Guest access Parking is easy, safe and free on the street. (except during the votive festival, 1st week of August, when you will have to park a little further away - very little further, and where you will be in the front row to attend the abrivado and bandido... during the festival, the house remains accessible by car during the day and evening) Many shops within walking distance, we are in the village. 4 bikes are at your disposal. Other things to note We provide personalized recommendations for your outings, activities, restaurants, etc. The pool is salt treated. If you want to have a home movie night, we have installed an HD video projector and a 3m wide motorized retractable screen in the living room. (DVD collection, Netflix, OCS). Audiophile Hi-Fi system with CD, vinyl and Bluetooth receiver. Some plants will need to be watered (those that are not on automatic watering :) Only children who can swim well or infants are accepted in families with children: the pool is permanently accessible.
