Beautiful village house in small camargue, with pool and patio. 20 minutes from the sea, close to Aigues-Mortes without the crowds, in charming village, quiet, halfway between Nîmes and Montpellier (30 minutes), with everything on site. House of 200 m2 including a very independent apartment for 4. Easy and free street parking. Votive party in the village in late July and early August. This house is very comfortable, to live with friends and family. Several very convenient and soothing living spaces. The space The house revolves around a patio with pool, typical. Lunch, dinner inside out… the house is particularly comfortable to stay in. Air conditioning and fans, home cinema, large TV screen, American refrigerator, nespresso and percolator, two baths, three showers, double kitchen, bikes on demand, real outdoor plancha, sunbathing. Guest access Parking is easy, safe and free on the street. (except during the votive party, 1st week of August, where you will have to park a little further - very little further away, and where you will be in the front row to attend the abrivado and bandido... during the party, the house however remains accessible by car during the day and evening) Many shops within walking distance, we are in the village. 4 bikes are at your disposal. Other things to note We give good personalized addresses for your outings, activities, restaurants etc. The pool is treated with salt. If you want to have a home theater night, we have installed an HD video projector and a 3m wide motorized retractable screen in the living room. (DVD collection, Netflix, OCS). Some plants will be watered (those that are not in automatic watering:) Only children who are good swimmers or infants are allowed in families with children: the swimming pool is always accessible.
